What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We don’t charge any extra delivery costs on to the price you see, we have worked the delivery expenses into the price you pay, which does mean that the more you buy the cheaper we can supply.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American express.

How long will delivery take?

Please allow 5 working days for your feed to arrive, but we aim to have it with you much quicker than this.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use Stripe Checkout for handling all payment card data, so the cardholder enters all sensitive payment information in a payment field that originates directly from Stripe’s PCI DSS validated servers.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering you will receive an order confirmation, we will process your order the following working day, or same day for orders received by 9 am on a working day. The order is dispatched on the same day as it is processed.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive a receipt for your order via email, please check your spam folder if you don’t receive it. If you would like a full Tax invoice for you order please request one by emailing
